摘　　要：为提升商业住宅楼施工管理水平,针对商业住宅楼建筑施工技术进行分析,提出了施工技术、放线控制、混凝土施工、灌注桩施工和建筑设计要点,依据施工地点、施工技术与施工项目管理过程,结合测量控制、基坑管理,完成现场施工管理,为施工技术优化提供一定的参考,以期全面加强建筑施工技术管理和现场施工监督,对施工过程进行优化,保证建筑工程的高质量完成。In order to promote the construction management level of commercial residential buildings,the study analyzes the construction technology of commercial residential buildings;and proposes the key points of construction technology,line traffic control,concrete construction,cast-in-place pile construction and building design.According to the construction sites,technology and project management process,the site construction management is completed through combining with survey control and foundation trench management to provide certain reference for construction technology optimization,comprehensively strengthen construction technology management and site construction supervision,optimize construction process,and guarantee the high quality accomplishment of construction engineering.
