摘　　要：为解决高速铁路列车自动防护(ATP,Automatic Train Protection)系统车载设备故障定位困难、人工检查任务繁重等问题,研制高速铁路ATP车载设备健康状态监测及智能诊断系统。该系统由轨旁检测设备、车载诊断记录单元和地面维护中心设备构成。车载诊断记录单元自动采集ATP车载设备各单元应用软件的日志数据及关键部件电气特征数据,并通过车–地无线传输通道将数据传输至地面维护中心;轨旁检测设备根据不同车型,准确地采集动车组车外ATP车载设备的图像及安装测量数据。该系统能够自动识别ATP车载设备的外观缺陷和安装异常,提供ATP车载设备健康状态监测和故障分析诊断功能,有助于提高ATP车载设备维护效率。To cope with the difficulty in fault location and burdensome periodic manual inspection of the onboard ATP equipment for high-speed railway,a health status monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system for the equipment is developed.This system consists of the trackside detection equipment,the on-board diagnosis and recording unit and the ground maintenance center equipment.The on-board diagnosis and recording unit can automatically collect the log data of the application software of each unit of the ATP on-board equipment and the electrical characteristics data of key components and transmit the data to the ground maintenance center via trainground wireless transmission channel.The trackside detection equipment can accurately collect the images and installation measurement data of the on-board ATP equipment installed on the outside of the EMU train according to EMU type.This system can recognize the surface defects and abnormal installation of the on-board ATP equipment automatically and provide health status monitoring and fault analysis of the on-board ATP equipment,which is helpful to improve the maintenance efficiency of on-board ATP equipment.
