摘　　要：在实际调研的基础上,综述了六安市“农文旅”产业发展的成效,分析了“农文旅”产业发展中存在的问题,提出了促进“农文旅”产业融合发展的对策建议,即强化全市“农文旅”融合发展整体规划;加大资金投入,改善基础设施条件和服务水平;打造特色“农文旅”体验项目,塑造品牌和亮点;立足资源禀赋,塑造多元“农文旅”经济业态;精心宣传策划,做好项目的营销推介活动;引进和培育“农文旅”人才,构建适用的人才队伍;建立健全“农文旅”融合发展机制。This paper summarizes the development effect of“agricultural cultural tourism”industry in Lu an City.The problems existing in the development of the“agricultural cultural tourism”industry are analyzed.The paper puts forward seven countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integrated development of“agricultural cultural tourism”industry:strengthening the city s“agricultural cultural tourism”integrated development overall plan;increasing capital investment and improving infrastructure conditions and service levels;creating characteristic“agricultural cultural tourism”experiencing projects to shape the brand and highlight;building diverse“agricultural cultural tourism”economic formats based on resource endowments;carefully publicizing and planning to do a good job in project marketing and promotion activities;introducing and cultivating“agricultural cultural tourism”talents to build a suitable talent team;establishing and improving the integrated development mechanism of“agriculture,culture and tourism”.
