经济现代化视角下党建引领乡村振兴:问题和途径——以福建省建瓯市为例

摘　　要：基于经济现代化视角对福建省建瓯市的党建引领乡村振兴实例展开研究,这一领域已经取得明显成效,但存在一些问题:农村人口向城市转移;农村人口老龄化严重;大龄未婚青年成为突出问题等。这些问题主要归因于:产业发展基础薄弱;乡村经济“造血”能力不强;乡村人才队伍力量较弱;振兴项目推进不强等。经济现代化视角下党建引领乡村振兴的途径主要是:聚焦三农问题,融合振兴发展目标;壮大村集体经济,巩固农村执政基础;培育新农人,打造乡村振兴“生力军”。From the perspective of economic modernization,this paper studies the example of rural revitalization led by Party Construction in Jian ou City,Fujian Province.It can be found that obvious results have been achieved in this field,but there exist some problems:the transfer of rural population to cities;the serious problem of aging rural population;the prominent problem of older unmarried youth.These problems are mainly attributed to:the weak foundation of industrial development;the weak ability of“hematopoiesis”of rural economy;the poor construction of rural talent team;the weak promotion of revitalization projects.From the perspective of economic modernization,the main approaches for Party building to lead rural revitalization include:focusing on the issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and integrating the development objectives of revitalization;expanding the village collective economy and consolidating the rural ruling foundation;cultivating new farmers and building a“new force”for rural revitalization;focusing on the issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and integrating the development goal of revitalization.
