摘 要:由于传统的“人到货”订单拣选方式存在效率低、成本高等问题,无法满足仓储物流高效快捷的订单拣选作业模式。因此,“货到人”订单拣选系统得到了迅速发展。订单分批作为优化订单拣选作业的方法之一,如何实现合理有效的订单分批,提高订单拣选系统整体运作效率是研究的重点。以最小化货架搬运总次数为目标建立订单分批数学模型,采用订单相似度和萤火虫算法的联合优化方法实现订单分批。通过在Matlab软件上进行多组实验,验证了所提出模型和优化方法的有效性,与按单拣选所需货架搬运次数相比,订单拣选作业优化效果显著。Due to the problems of low efficiency and high cost,the traditional order picking method of“people-to-goods”cannot meet the efficient and fast order picking operation mode of warehousing logistics.As a result,the“goods-to-people”order picking system has developed rapidly.Order batching is one of the methods to optimize order picking operation.How to realize reasonable and effective order batching and improve the overall operation efficiency of order picking system is the focus of research.Order batching mathematical model was established to minimize the total number of shelf handling,and order batching was realized by order similarity and firefly algorithm.The effectiveness of the proposed model and optimization method is verified by several experiments on Matlab software.Compared with the number of shelf handling times required by single picking,the optimization effect of order picking operation is significant.
