基于《供应链管理》课程内容的学生创新能力培养实践

摘　　要：供应链管理课程教学中往往注重理论知识的传授、忽略学生创新能力培养,而且理论课程和实践课程内容往往脱离,各自为政,未完全结合。文章结合供应链课程内容,提出了培养学生创新能力的具体策略:(1)针对基础理论部分,以课程案例研讨开展学生创新能力培养;(2)结合物流网络设计部分基础知识,以项目为驱动,进行基于LINGO的供应链建模决策求解;(3)结合运作环节管理部分的基础理论知识,以小组竞赛的形式,运用供应链企业沙盘模拟企业运营,提升学生创新能力。这些策略对学生综合应用《供应链管理》专业知识提升处理实际问题的创新能力有一定的指导作用。The teaching of supply chain management courses often pays attention to the imparting of theoretical knowledge and ignores the cultivation of students’innovation ability.Moreover,the contents of theoretical courses and practical courses are often separated from each other and not fully integrated.Combined with the supply chain course content,this paper puts forward the specific strategies for cultivating students’innovation ability:(1)For the basic theory part,develop students’innovation ability through case study;(2)Combined with the basic knowledge of logistics network design and project-driven supply chain modeling decision solution based on LINGO;(3)Combined with the basic theoretical knowledge of operation management,in the form of group competition,the supply chain enterprise sand table is used to simulate enterprise operation,so as to improve students’innovation ability.These strategies have a certain guiding effect on students’innovative ability to deal with practical problems by comprehensively applying the professional knowledge of supply chain management.
