摘　　要：【目的】从慢性胃炎患者的四诊数据中,筛选出脾胃湿热证患者的主症。【方法】提出多种特征选择算法集成机器学习的方法进行主症筛选,综合应用近邻传播聚类、随机森林、互信息和粗糙集挑选出主症特征,再融合判别分析方法完成脾胃湿热证主症的筛选。【结果】最终共筛选出7个主症,按照标准化典则判别函数系数大小依次为苔黄(1.641)、苔白(-1.065)、苔腻(0.757)、舌色红(0.504)、苔厚(0.495)、舌色淡白(-0.323)、胖大舌(-0.269),预测准确率为89.4%。【结论】本研究将多种数据处理方法融合,挑选出慢性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者的主症,结果与中医理论有较好的一致性。Objective To screen out the primary syndromes for spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome type from the four-examination data of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods A variety of feature-selection algorithms integrated with machine learning method are proposed for the screening of the primary syndromes.The combined method of affinity propagation clustering,random forest,mutual information and rough sets was used for the feature selection of primary syndromes for spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome type,and then the discriminant analysis was combined for the screening of the primary syndromes for spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome type.Results A total of seven primary syndromes were screened out,and they were yellow coating(1.641),white coating(-1.065),greasy coating(0.757),red tongue(0.504),thick coating(0.495),pale tongue(-0.323)and enlarged tongue(-0.269)in the decreasing sequence of the coefficient of the standardized canonical discriminant function,with a prediction accuracy of 89.4%.Conclusion In this study,multiple data processing methods have been integrated for the screening of the primary syndromes for spleen and stomach dampheat syndrome type of chronic gastritis,and the results show high consistency with traditional Chinese medicine theory.
