复方积雪草灌肠剂治疗妇科恶性肿瘤相关肠梗阻的临床研究

摘　　要：【目的】评价复方积雪草保留灌肠治疗妇科恶性肿瘤相关肠梗阻的临床疗效。【方法】将60例妇科恶性肿瘤相关肠梗阻患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上给予复方积雪草灌肠剂保留灌肠,连续治疗6 d。观察2组患者治疗前后症状总积分的变化情况,评价2组患者的临床疗效、生活质量改善疗效及安全性。【结果】(1)疗效方面:治疗6 d后,治疗组患者的临床疗效和生活质量改善的总有效率分别为76.7%(23/30)、90.0%(27/30),对照组分别为50.0%(15/30)、63.3%(19/30);组间比较(χ2检验),治疗组患者的临床疗效和生活质量改善疗效均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)症状积分方面:治疗后,2组患者的症状总积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的症状总积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)安全性方面:研究过程中,均未出现与中药灌肠相关的严重不良反应,具有较高的安全性。【结论】复方积雪草灌肠剂治疗妇科恶性肿瘤相关肠梗阻患者疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Compound Herba Centella Enema for the treatment of malignant bowel obstruction(MBO)associated with gynecological malignancies.Methods Sixty patients with gynecological malignancies associated MBO were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional western medical treatment,and the treatment group was given Compound Herba Centella Enema on the basis of conventional treatment for the control group.The treatment for the two groups lasted for 6 days.The total symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy,quality of life improvement efficacy and safety of the two groups were also evaluated.Results(1)After 6 days of treatment,the total effective rates for clinical efficacy and for improving the quality of life in the treatment group were 76.7%(23/30)and 90.0%(27/30),respectively,and those in the control group were 50.0%(15/30)and 63.3%(19/30),respectively.The intergroup comparison by Chi-square showed that the clinical efficacy and the efficacy for improving the quality of life in the treatment group were significantly superior to those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the total symptom scores in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the total symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)During the trial,there were no serious adverse reactions related to Chinese medicine enema occurring in the two groups,and Chinese medicine enema is safe.Conclusion Compound Herba Centella Enema exerts certain effect in treating patients with gynecological malignancies associated MBO,and the therapy is effective on relieving the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of the patients.
