天麻公英汤联合丹参酮胶囊治疗脂溢性脱发的临床观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察具有清热祛湿作用的天麻公英汤联合丹参酮胶囊治疗湿热上蒸型脂溢性脱发的临床疗效。【方法】将80例湿热上蒸型脂溢性脱发患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予丹参酮胶囊口服治疗,治疗组给予天麻公英汤联合丹参酮胶囊口服治疗,连续治疗12周并随访半年。观察2组患者治疗前后脱发量、油腻性程度、瘙痒程度、脱屑程度评分的变化情况,评价2组患者的临床疗效、复发情况和安全性。【结果】(1)治疗12周后,治疗组的总有效率为92.5%(37/40),对照组为72.5%(30/40),组间比较,治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的脱发量、油腻性程度、瘙痒程度、脱屑程度等主要症状评分及症状总积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组的降低幅度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)疗程结束后随访半年,治疗组的复发率为10.0%(4/40),对照组为27.5%(11/40),组间比较,治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)治疗期间,2组患者均无明显不良反应发生。【结论】天麻公英汤联合丹参酮胶囊治疗湿热上蒸型脂溢性脱发的疗效优于单用丹参酮胶囊治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of heat-clearing and dampness-remoring Tianma Gongying Decoction combined with Tanshinone Capsules for the treatment of androgenic alopecia(AGA)of damp-heat upper-steaming type.Methods Eighty androgenic alopecia patients with upper-steaming of damp-heat syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given oral use of Tanshinone Capsules,and the treatment group was given oral administration of Tianma Gongying Decoction combined with Tanshinone Capsules.The treatment for the two groups lasted for 12 weeks and then the patietns were followed up for six months.The changes of the scores of hair loss,greasiness,itching and desquamation in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy,recurrence and safety in the two groups were also evaluated.Results(1)After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%(37/40)and that of the control group was 72.5%(30/40).The intergroup comparison showed that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the scores of the primary symptoms of hair loss,greasiness,itching and desquamation as well as the total symptom scores in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of lowering the scores in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group,the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The 6-month follow-up after the completion of treatment showed that the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 10.0%(4/40)and that in the control group was 27.5%(11/40),and the intergroup comparison showed that the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)During the treatment period
