谭峰基于肾虚髓空与肝风内动论治早期帕金森病

摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是常见难治的中老年中枢神经系统退行性疾病之一,可主要归属中医的“颤证”范畴。PD早期进展迅速,故有效地进行早期的诊治对于延缓PD的进展和PD长程管理非常重要。谭峰教授依据对中医理论多年的潜心研究及自身临床经验,认为PD的基本病机为以肾虚髓空为本,肝风内动为标,筋脉失养导致病症表现;基于病证结合,提出PD的早期治疗以益肾填精、平肝熄风为原则,并提倡采用个体化的综合康复策略治疗,临床收效较显著。Parkinson’s disease(PD)refers to the degenerative diseases of the central nervous system(CNS),which is one of the commonly-seen refractory diseases in the middle-aged and elderly population.In the field of traditional Chinese medicine,PD can be classified into the category of tremor syndrome.PD progresses very rapidly in the early stage,and the effective early diagnosis and treatment plays an important role in delaying the progress of PD and in the long-range management of PD.In view of intensive research of traditional Chinese medicine theory and after clinical experience for many years,Professor TAN Feng believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of PD is due to kidney deficiency with marrow hollow in the origin,and the internal stirring of liver wind in the superficiality,which results into the malnutrition of tendons and cause the clinical manifestations.Based on the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,Professor TAN Feng puts forward the therapeutic principle of nourishing kidney and replenishing essence,and calming liver and suppressing wind for the early treatment of PD,and advocates an individualized comprehensive rehabilitation strategy to treat early PD,which can achieve significant clinical effect.
