陈汉章应用中药外洗法治疗皮肤疾病经验

摘　　要：外治法治疗皮肤疾病可直接作用于皮肤,使药物直达病所,收效明显。陈汉章教授认为在中药内服基础上联合运用中药外洗法治疗皮肤疾病,临床效果显著,且简单易行;其临床应用中药外洗法诊治皮肤疾病辨证多从风、湿热以及血分论治皮肤疾病,外洗中药处方以祛风止痒、清热燥湿、活血化瘀药物为主,常选用防风、荆芥、地肤子、白鲜皮、乳香、没药等,并根据皮损的性质辨证选择外洗药物的种类。陈汉章教授临床治疗皮肤疾病所应用的外洗方,其药物组成精简,善用岭南中草药,并酌情运用虫类药以及中药散剂,收效显著。External treatment for the skin diseases has the advantages of having direct effect on skin,ensuring the medicine arriving to the affection directly,and being easy to obtain significant efficacy.Professor CHEN Han-Zhang was proficient in applying topical washing with Chinese medicine based on the oral use of herbs for the treatment of skin diseases,and the combined therapy is effective and practical.During the treatment of skin diseases with herbal topical washing,he advocated the syndrome differentiation and treatment from the perspective of wind,damp-heat,blood phase,and suggested that the formula for topical washing should be mainly composed of the herbs with the actions of expelling wind to relieve itching,clearing heat and drying dampness,and activating blood to resolve stasis.The frequently-used herbs covered Radix Saposhnikoviae,Herba Schizonepetae,Fructus Kochiae,Cortex Dictamni,Olibanum,Myrrha,etc.Meanwhile,the types of the herbs for topical washing were chosen correspondingly according to the nature of the skin lesions.The composition of the formula for topical washing prescribed by Professor CHEN Han-Zhang was simple.Professor CHEN was also proficient in utilizing Lingnan herbs and in choosing insect drugs and herbal powder if necessary,which achieved remarkable effect in the clinic.
