融合性网状乳头瘤病误诊为黑棘皮病二例

摘　　要：报道2例误诊为黑棘皮病的融合性网状乳头病患者,皮损组织病理均显示表皮角化过度,棘层肥厚,乳头瘤样增生,真皮浅层少量淋巴细胞浸润。给予米诺环素、维A酸软膏等药物对症治疗,皮损大部分消退。Two children with confluent and reticulated papillomatosis misdiagnosed as acanthosis nigricans were reported.The histopathology of skin lesions in both patients revealed that hyperkeratosis,acanthosis,papillomatous hyperplasia,dermal perivascular lymphocytes infiltration.The most of the skin lesions subsided after the treatment with minocycline,tretinoin ointment and other drugs.
