摘  要:针对微波网络在日益复杂的激励状态下瞬态特性的测试需求,本文提出一种时域矢量网络分析仪系统设计,主要由脉冲源模块、超宽带定向耦合器模块和超宽带采样接收模块组成.本文提出一种60 ps量级边沿的超宽带窄脉冲电路,产生系统激励.采用空气介质的厚带渐变耦合带状线方案,实现超宽带定向耦合器设计,分离入射信号和反射信号.利用跟踪保持模块和两级延迟线结构,实现10 ps步进间隔的超宽带采样接收模块设计,无失真采样超宽带窄脉冲信号.在系统测试中,实现了S参数测量、时域瞬态特性测量和故障诊断与定位功能.In order to test the transient characteristics of microwave networks under more complex excitation states, a time-domain vector network analyzer system is proposed. This system is mainly composed of pulse source module, ultra-wideband directional coupler module and ultra-wideband sampling module. In this paper, An ultra-wideband narrow pulse circuit with 60 ps magnitude edge is proposed to generate system excitation. The design of ultra-wideband directional coupler is realized by using the air-medium thick-band gradient coupling stripline scheme and the incident signal and reflection signal could be separated. The ultra-wideband sampling and receiving module with 10 ps step interval is designed to sample ultra-wideband narrow pulse signal without distortion. In the system test, the functions of S-parameter measurement, time-domain transient response measurement and the fault diagnosis and location are realized.
