人防地下室设计问题及解决措施探究

摘　　要：本文简要阐述了人防地下室的概念及其设计特点,并在分析人防地下室设计问题的基础上,提出若干针对性的解决措施,以达到人防地下室在战时能更好地保护人民的人身安全,在日常使用过程中也能实现空间利用最大化的理想状态。本文旨在通过完善明确抗力等级、划分功能分区等方面的设计,解决人防地下室平时和战时功能转换问题,进而全面提升我国人防工程的总体设计水平,充分发挥出人防工程的经济效益和社会效益。This paper briefly expounds the concept and design characteristics of civil air defense basement, and on the basis of analyzing the design problems of civil air defense basement, this paper also puts forward some targeted solutions, so as to achieve the ideal state that civil air defense basement can better protect people’s personal safety in wartime and maximize space utilization in daily use. This paper aims to solve the problem of functional conversion of civil air defense basement in peacetime and wartime by improving and clarifying the design of resistance level and division of functional zoning, so as to comprehensively improve the overall design level of civil air defense engineering in China, and give full play to the economic and social benefits of civil air defense engineering.
