混凝土搅拌楼粉料运输形式研究

摘　　要：我国经济的迅速发展带动了建筑行业以及工业部门的进步,使得混凝土的需求量不断增大。在此过程中,市场对混凝土的质量以及运输工具、运输时间等方面也提出了更高要求。混凝土搅拌运输车、混凝土搅拌楼等应运而生,并在业界得到广泛应用。其中,混凝土搅拌楼又被称为混凝土预拌工厂,主要由机械装置、自动化装置和液压装置等构成。该类联合装置主要用于集中搅拌混凝土,具有较强的综合性和多层次处理功能。本文以混凝土搅拌楼为主要研究对象,探讨了高效的粉料运输形式和运输策略,以期为有关人士提供帮助。The rapid development of China’s economy has led to the progress of the construction industry and the industrial sector, which makes the demand for concrete increasing. In this process, the market also put forward higher requirements on the quality of concrete, transportation tools and transportation time. Concrete mixing truck, concrete mixing plant came into being, and has been widely used in the industry. Among them, concrete mixing plant is also known as concrete premixing plant, mainly composed of mechanical devices, automation devices and hydraulic devices. The combined device is mainly used for centralized mixing concrete, and has strong comprehensive and multi-level processing functions.Taking concrete mixing plant as the main research object, this paper discusses the efficient powder transportation form and transportation strategy, so as to provide help for relevant people.
