摘　　要：钢材采购成本不仅影响着装配式建筑预制构件生产商的经济效益,还影响着装配式建筑工程的发展。本文通过对预制构件中钢材采购成本管理的重要性及其现状进行简要分析,提出了优化钢材采购成本的一些策略,以期为预制构件生产商降低钢材采购成本提供参考,进而促进装配式建筑工程的健康有序发展。The cost of steel purchase not only affects the economic benefits of prefabricated components manufacturers, but also affects the development of prefabricated construction projects. This paper briefly analyzes the importance and management status of cost management of steel purchase in prefabricated components, and puts forward some strategies for optimizing steel purchase cost, so as to provide reference for prefabricated component manufacturers to reduce steel procurement cost and promote the healthy and orderly development of prefabricated construction projects.
