摘  要:作为建筑物基础结构的一部分,胎模施工通常采用的是砖胎模加混凝土垫层的施工方式,但该施工工艺具有一定的经济压力——随着建筑行业绿色施工理念的进一步深入,胎模施工的工程造价逐年攀升。水泥纤维板胎模施工工艺能很好地解决目前胎模施工在造价和环保方面的难题。本文根据实验结果,分析了两种胎模施工工艺的经济性差异,探讨水泥纤维板胎模施工工艺的推广前景,以供建筑行业参考。As a part of the building foundation structure, the tire mold construction usually adopts the construction method of brick tire mold and concrete cushion, but the construction technology has certain economic pressure-with the further deepening of the green construction concept of the construction industry, the engineering cost of the tire mold construction is increasing year by year. The construction technology of cement fiberboard tire mold can well solve the problems of cost and environmental protection in the current tire mold construction. Based on the experimental results, this paper analyzes the economic differences between the two kinds of tire mold construction technology, and demonstrates the popularization prospect of the construction technology of cement fiberboard moulding board for reference in the construction industry.
