摘 要:南京市江宁区淳化镇某项目东邻梅龙湖、北靠青龙山,地理位置优越,自然环境得天独厚。设计人员紧紧抓住环境优势,在原有建设目标的基础上,综合考虑地块及周边环境的适配度,最终采用了“高低配+叠加+小高层”的搭配模式,将梅龙湖景观最大化地引入小区。在套型的选择上,除常规户型外,设计人员还打造了超宽观湖阳台,有效利用了湖景资源。在立面形式上,设计人员采用经典褐石系列,打造浪漫、休闲、临湖而居的社区氛围。本文详细阐述该项目的湖景住宅及其售楼部的设计方案,旨在为同类设计提供参考。A project in chunhua town,jiangning district,nanjing city, is adjacent to Meilong Lake in the east and Qinglong Mountain in the north. It has superior geographical location and unique natural environment.Designers firmly grasp the advantages of the environment, and take into account of the adaptability of the plot and the surrounding environment on the basis of the original construction goal, and finally adopt the “high and low matching + superposition + small high-rise” collocation mode to introduce the Meilong Lake landscape into the community. In terms of the selection of suites, and in addition to conventional household types, designers have also created a super-wide view of the lake balcony, which effectively uses the lake landscape resources. In the facade form, the designer uses the classic brownstone series to create a romantic, leisure, lakeside community atmosphere. This paper expounds the design scheme of lake view residence and its sales department in detail, aiming to provide reference for similar design.
