摘 要:研究了一款特种包装用橡胶隔振元件,采用哑铃型试样进行宽频域的动态性能测试,归一化处理获得了频率激励下该材料的储能模量、损耗模量等动力学参数;使用ABAQUS软件平台,分析了预压缩工况下橡胶元件的动刚度特性。实验表明,在静压缩加载下,该包装用隔振橡胶元件的静压缩刚度随预压缩量的增加呈非线性特征;动刚度随频率呈V字型变化趋势,且预加载和质量块对动刚度有明显影响;随预压缩量增加,刚度随频率变化的V字型拐点往更高频率点移动。A rubber vibration isolation component fora special purpose packaging was studied.The dynamic performance in a wide frequency range was tested by using dumbbell-shaped specimens,and the kinetics parameters of the material such as storage modulus and loss modulus under frequency excitation was obtained by normalizationf the test data.The dynamic stiffness characteristics of the rubber element under pre-compression conditions were analyzed by the ABAQUS.The results showed that under static compressive loading,the static compressive stiffness of the vibration isolating rubber element for packaging exhibited nonlinear characteristics with the increase of pre-compression;the dynamic stiffness showed a V-shaped variation trend with frequency,and the preload and mass on the dynamic stiffness had a significant effect;with the pre-compression increased,the dynamic stiffness moved to higher frequency point along the V-shaped.
