摘  要:采用低温回缩试验机方法,研究了三元乙丙生胶乙烯含量、软化剂和炭黑对三元乙丙橡胶低温回缩性能的影响。结果表明,使用乙烯含量低的三元乙丙橡胶,可制备出低温回缩性能更优良的橡胶材料;加入软化剂可以改善橡胶的低温回缩性能,加入炭黑使橡胶的低温回缩性能变差,相同份数的软化剂和炭黑N550相比较,软化剂对TR10的降低作用更明显。The effects of ethylene content of EPDM raw rubber/softener/carbon black on the low temperature retraction behavior of EPDM was studied by Temperature Retraction Test Machine.The results showed that EPDM with low ethylene content could prepare rubber materials with better low temperature retraction performance,and adding softeners could improve the low temperature retraction performance of rubber,but adding carbon black made the low temperature retraction performance of rubber worse.Compared the softener with the same amount of carbon black,the softener had more obvious reduction on TR10.
