摘  要:以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)为基体,偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)和4,4′-氧代双苯磺酰肼(OBSH)为发泡剂,制备了EPDM发泡材料,并探究了其硫化特性、微观形貌,以及不同AC/OBSH并用比对其性能的影响。结果表明,随着复合发泡剂AC/OBSH中OBSH用量的增加,混炼胶的硫化速度加快,泡孔尺寸变小,泡孔分布更均匀,力学性能得到相应提高。EPDM foaming material was prepared by using ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)as matrix,azodicarbonamide(AC)and oxybisphenylsulfonyl hydrazine(OBSH)as foaming agent,and the vulcanization characteristics,the micro morphology of foaming material and the effects of different blend ratios of foaming agent on the material properties were studied.The results showed that with the increase of OBSH content,the vulcanization speed of the compound accelerated,the cell size of the material became smaller,the cell distribution was more uniform,and the mechanical property was also improved accordingly.
