摘　　要：研究了腰果油对炭黑补强NR体系性能的影响。结果表明,随着腰果油用量的增加,胶料的焦烧时间、正硫化时间缩短,门尼粘度降低,拉伸强度、定伸应力、撕裂强度和硬度逐渐降低,拉断伸长率随着腰果油用量的增加逐渐增大,老化后硫化胶的拉伸强度及其变化率明显增加。The effect of cashew nut oil on the properties of carbon black reinforced NR system was studied.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of cashew nut oil,the scorch time(t) and optimum cure time(t) of the compound decreased,the Mooney viscosity decreased,the tensile strength,modulus,tear strength and hardness decreased gradually,but the elongation at break increased gradually.The tensile strength and its change rate of vulcanizate increased significantly after aging.
