摘  要:采用一种牵引橡胶堆进行了注射模具设计,研究了注射硫化成型和注压硫化工艺及产品性能的区别。结果表明,随着新注射模具自动化程度的提高,注射硫化成型工艺的硫化时间较原注压工艺有所缩短,硫化内压提高,橡胶与金属粘合良好,疲劳性能较好,注射硫化成型工艺产品可以达到原注压硫化成型工艺产品性能水平。Taking a traction rubber tower as an example,the injection mold was designed,the screw injection and piston injection molding process and product performance were compared.The results showed that the automation degree of the new injection mold was improved,the vulcanization time of the screw injection molding process was shortened compared with the piston injection process,the vulcanization internal pressure was slightly increased,the adhesion between rubber and metal was good,and the fatigue performance was slightly better.The screw injection molding process product could reach the performance level of the piston press injection molding process product.
