摘  要:为设计一台针对37kW6极异步电机负载的异步磁力耦合器(Permanent Magnetic Asynchronous Coupler,PMAC),研究其机械性能。首先,利用法拉第电磁感应原理及安培力计算公式分析得出PMAC的电磁转矩;在此基础上分析了PMAC设计时削弱齿槽转矩的方法,进而得出永磁体尺寸参数、永磁体极对数及轭铁相关参数的设计方法。然后利用上述理论和方法,初步设计出符合实际工况负载的磁力耦合器模型参数,利用时步有限元法分析了模拟实际工况负载时PMAC从启动到稳态的性能,得出了其稳定运行时输出转速、输出转矩、损耗、效率以及机械特性曲线,结果表明可以达到实际工况使用要求。最后,试制了样机并搭建试验平台,对PMAC线性区域的机械特性进行了实验,实验结果与有限元吻合的较好,验证了该设计方法和有限元分析的准确性,为大功率PMAC的设计奠定了基础。To design a permanent magnetic asynchronous coupler(PMAC)for 37kW 6-pole induction motor load,its mechanical properties are investigated.Firstly,the electromagnetic torque of the PMAC is obtained using Faraday electromagnetic induction principle and Ampere force calculation formula.Then,the method of weakening the cogging torque of the PMAC is analyzed,and the design method of permanent magnet size parameters,permanent magnet pole pairs and yoke related parameters are obtained.Then,based on the above theory and method,PMAC is designed according to the actual working condition load.The performance of the PMAC from start to steady state is analyzed by time stepping finite element method.And the output speed,output torque,loss,efficiency and mechanical characteristic curves are obtained.The results show that it can meet the requirements of actual working conditions.Finally,the prototype is manufactured and a test platform is built to examine the linear region of the mechanical characteristics of the PMAC.The experimental results are in good agreement with the finite element analysis results,which verifies the accuracy of the proposed design method and finite element analysis,and can be useful for the design of high-power PMACs.
