摘 要:基于CFD和试验设计(DOE)技术,对小型风冷发动机离心风扇结构进行了分析与研究,通过参数化设计风扇结构参数,风扇流场CFD分析,风扇结构变量试验设计,建立风扇优化分析近似模型,并优化设计了离心风扇进口角度β_(1)、出口角度β_(2)、叶轮进口直径D_(1)、叶片宽度b、叶片个数Z等结构参数。试验结果表明:离心风扇优化后静压提高7.5%、流量提高4.5%、风扇效率提高2.9%;额定工况下发动机机油温度下降9℃,缸盖火花塞垫片温度下降23℃,发动机热负荷明显降低,整机噪声下降1.1 dB,综合性能也得到了较好的改善。研究结果对改进小型风冷发动机冷却风扇设计有一定的实用与参考价值。In order to develop high-performance centrifugal fans of small air-cooled engines,an analysis of the fan structure and an optimum design process are essential based on CFD and DOE technology.Among the main fan geometric parameters,the inlet angle(β_(1)),the outlet angle(β_(2)),the inlet diameter(D_(1)),the width(b)and the number of blades(Z)are selected as the design variables.The optimization parameters of the centrifugal fan are defined according to an approximate model and multi-objective analysis.The results of the fan performance experiment indicate that fan static pressure is increased by 7.5%,the flow is increased by 4.5%and fan efficiency is increased by 2.9%after optimization.Under standard working conditions,the engine oil temperature is decreased by 9℃,the cylinder head spark plug gasket temperature is decreased by 23℃,the engine heat load is noticeably decreased and the overall noise is decreased by 1.1 dB.The engine comprehensive performance has also been improved.The study results can provide certain practical and reference for improving the design of centrifugal fan of small air-cooled engine.
