摘 要:针对车用材料摩擦异响测试困难问题,开发了车用材料摩擦异响试验台,对不同材料对的摩擦异响特性进行研究。由于材料对的摩擦系数决定其摩擦异响特性,而摩擦系数测试需要获取材料间的正压力和摩擦力,摩擦力无法直接测量,故采用力矩平衡的方法来间接获取摩擦力,即通过在垂直于摩擦力方向上布置两个水平并排的力传感器,从而测得摩擦力在力传感器处引起的转矩,再通过力矩平衡的方法计算摩擦力,进而计算摩擦系数。试验结果表明,所开发的测试设备与某进口测试设备相比,动静摩擦系数测量值相差3.6%和1.4%,能够满足测试需求。In view of the difficulty in testing the frictional noise of automotive materials,a frictional noise test bench for automotive materials is developed to study the frictional noise characteristics of different material pairs.The friction coefficient of a material pair determines its frictional noise characteristics,and the friction coefficient test is necessary to obtain the positive pressure and friction force between the materials.However,the friction force cannot be directly measured,so the method of torque balance is used to obtain the friction force indirectly,via two horizontally arranged force sensors which are vertical to the direction of the friction force.The friction force can be determined by the method of torque balance,and then the friction coefficient can be obtained.The test results show that the developed test equipment has a relative difference of 3.6%and 1.4%respectively in dynamic and static friction coefficients compared with an imported test equipment,implying that the developed equipment can meet the test requirements.
