摘 要:大直径井金属落物事故频发,业内缺乏专用打捞工具,虽然 ZMKEFS-520D 型电磁打捞器可解决这一难题,但尚无配套的升降装备,无法充分发挥其性能优势。鉴于此,研制了电磁打捞器专用线缆与升降平台,设计了配套的打捞工艺并开展了相关试验。通过性能测试,专用线缆兼具载荷与电力传输功能,安全系数高;专用升降平台具备全地形自主移动能力,其最快升降速度 54 m/min 是钻杆平均起下速度的 10.8 倍;该系统运行稳定、可靠,能够满足金属落物事故的处理需求。Metal object falling accident occurs frequently in large-diameter wells,while there is the lack of professional fishing tools.Although ZMKEFS-520D electromagnetic fishing device is able to solve the difficulty,there is no suitable lifting facility to give full play to its advantages.Therefore,special cable and lifting platform for the electromagnetic fishing device was developed,matched fishing technology was designed,and relevant tests were conducted.Performance test showed:the special cable had the load and power transmission function with high safety coefficient;the special lifting platform was capable of all-terrain autonomous movement,its maximum lifting speed reached 54 m/min which was 10.8 times of the average lifting speed of drill pipe;the system operated stably and reliably,met the treatment needs of metal object falling accident.
