摘　　要：康熙时期,盛京地区机构众多,且辖区北部邻近外藩蒙古地区。《黑图档》中记载的土谢图亲王呈控盛京内务府庄头系列案件,缘起于亲王所属庄田与内务府皇庄之间的土地纠纷。该案的审理程序过于繁琐,涉及的机构有盛京掌关防佐领、盛京刑部、盛京户部、理藩院、总管内务府,反映出当时各机构间执掌范围重叠、协同审理案件效率不高、缺少审讯供词、官员相互推诿等问题,致使该案的审理难以开展,最终导致不了了之。During Emperor Kangxi period, Shengjing area had many institutions, and its northern area was adjacent to the foreign vassal Mongolia. The series of cases recorded in “Black Map File” in which Prince usiyetu was in charge of jangturi of Shengjing Imperial Household Department originated from the land dispute between the prince’s jangturi and the Imperial Household Department. The trial procedure of the case was too complicated, involving institutions such as Shengjing in charge of defense, board of Punishments in Shengjing, board of revenue for Shengjing, Departnent for Foreign Affiars, the head internal Affairs Office, which reflected serious problems such as overlapping in the scope of control of various institutions at that time, low efficiency in collaborative trial, lack of trial confession, and officials shirking each other. Cause the trial of the case is difficult to develop, eventually lead to nothing.
