摘 要:目的 初步研究茴香提取液治疗小鼠原发性痛经的作用机制。方法 联用戊酸雌二醇和缩宫素构建小鼠原发性痛经模型,观察茴香提取液对小鼠扭体反应的影响,测定小鼠血清前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)以及子宫组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)水平、一氧化氮(NO)水平及钙(Ca^(2+))水平。结果 模型组、茴香提取液低剂量组、茴香提取液中剂量组、茴香提取液高剂量组及元胡止痛片组小鼠扭体次数分别为(22.20±6.86)次、(18.10±4.86)次、(15.10±3.81)次、(11.40±3.63)次及(13.7±4.24)次,差异有统计学意义(F=7.52,P<0.05)。模型组、茴香提取液低剂量组、茴香提取液中剂量组、茴香提取液高剂量组及元胡止痛片组小鼠扭体潜伏期分别为(65.60±17.39)s、(86.7±20.52)s、(154.70±42.23)s、(200.30±37.73)s及(182.10±30.74)s,差异有统计学意义(F=35.84,P<0.05)。空白对照组、模型组、元胡止痛片组、茴香提取液低剂量组、茴香提取液中剂量组及茴香提取液高剂量组小鼠血清PGF2α水平分别为(88.09±3.90)pg/ml、(98.51±7.47)pg/ml、(94.14±7.38)pg/ml、(97.13±8.81)pg/ml、(96.46±7.37)pg/ml及(94.95±5.42)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(F=2.26,P<0.05)。空白对照组、模型组、元胡止痛片组、茴香提取液低剂量组、茴香提取液中剂量组及茴香提取液高剂量组小鼠子宫组织中SOD活性分别为(54.62±7.92)U/mgprot、(36.86±5.59)U/mgprot、(47.45±9.22)U/mgprot、(40.34±6.54)U/mgprot、(43.95±4.28)U/mgprot及(47.50±6.78)U/mgprot,差异有统计学意义(F=6.42,P<0.05)。空白对照组、模型组、元胡止痛片组、茴香提取液低剂量组、茴香提取液中剂量组及茴香提取液高剂量组小鼠子宫组织中MDA水平分别为(1.09±0.21)nmol/mgprot、(1.42±0.32)nmol/mgprot、(1.23±0.23)nmol/mgprot、(1.28±0.28)nmol/mgprot、(1.20±0.29)nmol/mgprot及(1.14±0.19)nmol/mgprot,差异无统计学意义(F=1.65,P>0.05)。空白对照组、模型组、元�Objective To preliminarily explore the mechanism of fennel extract in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea in mice.Methods The model of primary dysmenorrhea in mice was constructed by estradiol valerate and oxytocin.The effect of fennel extract on torsion reaction in mice was observed, and the levels of prostaglandin F2α(PGF2α) in serum and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity, malondialdehyde(MDA), nitric oxide(NO), and Cain uterine tissue were determined.Results The times of torsion reaction in model group, low-dose fennel extract group, moderate-dose fennel extract group, high-dose fennel extract group, and Yuanhu Zhitong tablet group were(22.20±6.86),(18.10±4.86),(15.10±3.81),(11.40±3.63), and(13.7±4.24), respectively, there was statistically significant difference(F=7.52, P<0.05).The latent period of torsion reaction in model group, low-dose fennel extract group, moderate-dose fennel extract group, high-dose fennel extract group, and Yuanhu Zhitong tablet group were(65.60±17.39) seconds,(86.7±20.52) seconds,(154.70±42.23) seconds,(200.30±37.73) seconds, and(182.10±30.74) seconds, respectively, there was statistically significant difference(F=35.84, P<0.05).The levels of serum PGF2α in blank control group, model group, Yuanhu Zhitong tablet group, low-dose fennel extract group, moderate-dose fennel extract group, and high-dose fennel extract group were(88.09±3.90) pg/ml,(98.51±7.47) pg/ml,(94.14±7.38) pg/ml,(97.13±8.81) pg/ml,(96.46±7.37) pg/ml, and(94.95±5.42) pg/ml, respectively, there was statistically significant difference(F=2.26, P<0.05).SOD activities in blank control group, model group, Yuanhu Zhitong tablet group, low-dose fennel extract group, moderate-dose fennel extract group, and high-dose fennel extract group were(54.62±7.92) U/mgprot,(36.86±5.59) U/mgprot,(47.45±9.22) U/mgprot,(40.34±6.54) U/mgprot,(43.95±4.28) U/mgprot, and(47.50±6.78) U/mgprot, respectively, there was statistically significant difference(F=6.42, P<0.05).MDA levels in blank control group, model group, Yuanh
