摘  要:通过设计、制备三种不同结构类型的炭纤维预制体,利用化学气相沉积、表面涂层等工艺获得低密度保温材料制品,并对不同结构的制品进行体积密度、导热性能及力学性能的表征,结果表明,利用整体式Ⅱ结构炭纤维预制体获得的低密度保温材料制品的体积密度为0.33 g/cm3,导热系数为0.16 W/m·K(室温),平均拉伸强度为17.44 MPa,平均弯曲强度为16.30 MPa,综合性能表现最为优异。Through the design and preparation of carbon fiber preforms with three different structural types,low-density thermal insulation material products are obtained by chemical vapor deposition,surface coating and other processes,and the bulk density,thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of products with different structures are measured.The results show that the bulk density of the low-density thermal insulation material product obtained by using the monolithic II structure carbon fiber preform is 0.33 g/cm3,the thermal conductivity is 0.16 W/m·K(room temperature),and the average tensile strength is 17.44 MPa,the average bending strength is 16.30 MPa,and the comprehensive performance is the best.
