摘  要:炭阳极糊料混捏阶段产生的沥青烟气主要含有低碳链的烃类物质,以及少量的氮、硫杂环化合物和多环芳烃,该混合物的外溢扩散易影响人体健康和造成环境污染。结合“降低碳排放、助推经济社会发展全面绿色转型”实际,论文通过设置独立闭环循环系统,采用预热煅后焦细粉作为吸附载体,通过联通管路系统输运,将热湿混阶段产生的沥青烟气进行吸附回收。当预热煅后焦吸附达到平衡时利用特殊的工艺将粉体造粒,再将其作为配料使用于主系统中的糊料混捏阶段。该工艺的优点是可充分利用预热煅后焦细粉的开微孔特征和较大的比表面积优势,发挥吸附和浸润作用,制得均质的造粒颗粒,同时经处理的烟气排放浓度可满足《铝工业污染物排放标准》(GB25465-2010)规定。小试表明:使用回配粉掺杂制备的炭阳极块体较普通炭阳极的体积密度、抗折强度和抗压强度均有提高。The asphalt flue gas powder produced in the kneading stage of carbon anode paste mainly contains low-carbon chain hydrocarbons,as well as a small amount of nitrogen,sulfur heterocyclic compounds and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.The overflow and diffusion of these substances is easy to cause harm to human health and environmental pollution.Combined with the policy of"reducing carbon emissions and boosting the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development",this paper adsorbs and recovers the asphalt flue gas powder produced in the heating wet mixing stage by setting an independent closedloop circulation system,using preheated calcined coke fine powder as the adsorption carrier and transporting through the connecting pipeline system.When the adsorption of preheated calcined coke reaches balance,it is used as a batching to knead the paste in the main system.The advantage of this process is that it can make full use of the characteristics of open pores and large specific surface area of preheated calcined coke fine powder,and play the role of adsorption and infiltration to prepare homogeneous granulated particles.At the same time,its emission concentration can meet the regulation of《Emission standard of pollutants for aluminum industry》(GB25465-2010).The small tests show that the bulk density,flexural strength and compressive strength of the carbon anode prepared by doping with recycled powder are improved compared w ith ordinary carbon anodes.
