摘 要:该文提出一种斜气隙圆筒型横向磁通切换直线电机(oblique air-gap tubular transverse flux switching permanent magnet linear motor,OATTFS-PMLM)的方案,该新型直线电机综合磁通切换永磁直线电机和横向磁通永磁电机的优点,电枢绕组和永磁体均位于电机初级,次级结构只有铁心,且电负荷和磁负荷在结构上互相解耦,采用斜气隙和圆筒型结构,减小气隙磁阻和避免横向端部效应,具有次级结构简单、可靠性高且带负载能力强的优点。介绍该种电机的基本结构和运行原理,建立基于磁导的电机数学模型,并推导出空载主磁通、空载反电动势、电磁力与主要尺寸之间的关系式。分别通过二维和三维有限元法(finite element method,FEM)仿真计算电机磁场,并通过与传统圆筒型初级永磁直线电机对比研究,分析所提电机结构的合理性和有效性。研制一台实验样机,进行空载感应电动势和静态推力的测试实验,通过对比实验和仿真结果,验证理论分析的有效性和新结构电机原理的正确性。An oblique air-gap tubular transverse flux switching permanent magnet linear motor(OATTFS-PMLM)was proposed in this paper,which synthesized advantages of both the flux switching linear motor and transverse flux linear motor.The permanent magnet and armature winding both installed on the primary of the motor.The electrical load and the magnetic load were structurally decoupled from each other.The oblique air-gap and cylindrical structure were adopted to reduce air gap reluctance and avoid transverse end effect.It has the advantages of a simple secondary structure,high reliability,and strong load capacity.The structure and driving principle of this motor were introduced.A permeance model was presented,and analytical expression of magnetic flux,no-load back-EMF,and the thrust were derived.In addition,the magnetic field and thrust were analyzed by finite element method(FEM),and the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed motor structure were analyzed by comparing with the traditional cylindrical primary permanent magnet linear motor.A prototype was tested,with back-EMF and static thrust experiments.The theoretical analyses agreed with the experimental results,which can verify the validity of the theoretical analysis and the new structure motor’s principle.
