摘　　要：持续优化人才项目,推进分类评价,引导档案人才队伍建设,是实施人才强档工程的重要举措。通过对我国现行档案人才工程实施现状进行调研,从选拔条件、管理机制、考核评价、激励机制等方面梳理实施现状,分析存在的问题,并从健全选拨机制、完善管理机制、完善评价机制和优化激励机制等方面提出进一步优化的路径,以期为新时代人才强档工程实施提供参考。Continuously optimizing talent projects,promoting classified evaluation and guiding the construction of archives talent team are important measures toimplement the strong talent archives project.Inorderto provide some reference forthe implementation ofthe strong talent archives project in thenew erathispapermakes an in-depth investigation on theimplementation status ofarchivaltalent projects in China,combs the implementation status from the aspects of selection conditions,management mechanism,assessment and evaluation,incentive mechanism,and analyzes the existing problems,puts forwardthe path of further optimization from the aspects of perfecting the selection mechanism,improving the management mechanism perfecting theevaluation mechanism and optimizing thei centive mechanism.
