1例儿童血友病合并关节感染治疗方案的评价与分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨血友病患儿关节出血合并感染的治疗方案。方法:结合患儿的关节症状及体征变化,对患儿关节出血、关节感染的治疗方案进行全面分析,并根据检索的证据进行评价。结果:通过输注人凝血因子Ⅷ(FⅧ)止血、头孢硫脒抗感染治疗,患儿关节肿胀、发热等症状明显改善,血常规及炎症指标显著改善,患儿最终好转出院。结论:血友病患儿在关节出血急性期应当及时给予凝血因子输注治疗,并开始启动预防性输注FⅧ治疗,以减少关节及其他出血事件,同时选择合适的抗菌药物足疗程治疗关节感染。Objective:To probe into the treatment regimen for a child with hemophilia complicated with joint infection.Methods:Combined with changes of the joint symptoms and signs of the child,the treatment regimen for joint bleeding and infection in the child were comprehensively analyzed,and the evaluation was performed based on the retrieved evidence.Results:Through the infusion of human coagulation factorⅧ(FⅧ)for hemostasis and cefathiamidine for anti-infection treatment,the symptoms of joint swelling and fever of the child were significantly improved,the blood routine and inflammatory indicators were significantly improved,and the child finally discharged.Conclusion:Children with hemophilia should be given coagulation factor infusion in the acute stage of joint bleeding,and start prophylactic infusion of FⅧtreatment to reduce the joint bleeding and other bleeding events.Meanwhile,appropriate antibiotics are supposed to be selected to treat the joint infection.
