黑龙江省边境地区发展分析

摘　　要：落实好党中央关于边疆治理的战略部署,确保国家国土安全和民族团结,是新时代边境地区的重大使命。本文采用2010—2019年间黑龙江省边境地区发展的相关数据,分析边境地区经济社会发展趋势和变化,研究推动边境地区发展的现实路径。It is the major mission and historical responsibility to ensure national frontier security and ethnic unity. Based on the fundamental data of border areas in Heilongjiang Province from 2010 to 2019, this paper analyzes the trends and changes of economic and social development in border areas, and studies the realistic path to promote the development of border areas. Over the past 10 years, through the implementation of goverment policies and measures to revitalize border areas and enrich the people, the comprehensive economic strength of the border areas in Heilongjiang Province has been improved, the infrastructures of industries have been strengthened, the levels of livelihood-security have been improved, the characteristic and competitive industries have been developed, and the results of opening up to the north have been highlighted. At the same time, there are also great constraints to the development of border areas in Heilongjiang Province, such as the lack of human resources support to shake the foundation of border areas’ development and consolidation, the shortcomings of infrastructure, the lag of information and professional market construction, the low level of development of culture industry, and the level of opening-market need to be improved. From the above, this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions: we must vigorously implement the construction and security project, promote infrastructure construction and characteristic industry development, improve the level of opening to the outside world, coordinate regional development, improve the speed of the urbanization, and promote the acceleration of development of the border areas in the new era.
