摘　　要：大多数调频连续波(FMCW)雷达系统都是基于单片毫米波单片微波集成电路(MMIC)实现的,而X波段集成度如此高的MMIC却几乎没有。文中基于实际应用需求,从需求分析、方案选择、系数工作参数选择和软件流程设计等方面详细阐述了FMCW雷达的设计过程,基于此研发了一款X波段FMCW雷达系统,并进行了实物测量和指标验证。试验结果表明,雷达系统指标满足应用要求,系统设计方案有效可行,设计思路和方法具有指导性,为小型FMCW雷达系统设计提供了新的参考思路,具有较大的工程意义和实用价值。Most FMCW radar systems are based on millimeter wave MMIC.However,there are few MMICs with such high integration in X-band.Based on the practical application,this paper expounds the design process of FMCW radar in detail from the aspects of demand analysis,scheme selection,system parameters selection and software design process.Based on this scheme,an X-band FMCW radar system is developed,and the physical measurement and system verification are carried out.The experimental results show that the radar system meets the application requirements,the system design scheme is effective and feasible,and the design methods are instructive.It provides a new reference idea for the design of small FMCW radar system,and has great engineering significance and practical value.
