摘  要:煤质活性炭标准样品的研制对于规范活性炭产品的应用市场以及提高活性炭检测水平等均有积极的作用。碘吸附值是活性炭理化检验中常规的液相吸附指标,用以表征活性炭的微孔吸附能力,而我国大多活性炭厂较难满足活性炭碘吸附值的测定与检验工作的标准要求,且标准修订后碘吸附值的双对数坐标拟合计算法较难被掌握且存在影响碘值计算精确度的问题,因此有必要研制煤质活性炭碘吸附值标准样品以最大程度降低试验仪器、试验人员及计算方法等因素所引起的测定误差。统筹我国煤质活性炭总体分布与综合利用的实际需要,简介其候选物采集与加工制备、标准样品的均匀性与稳定性检验,并按照GB/T 7702.7—2008《煤质颗粒活性炭试验方法碘吸附值的测定》方法检测3种煤质活性炭标样候选物的碘吸附值。针对活性炭标准样品易吸附空气中水分及有害气体从而导致其稳定性较差的特性,研制过程中采用真空包装技术以改善其稳定性,从而延长标样的有效期。标准样品的均匀性检验采用方差法分析,稳定性检验考察了其短期及长期稳定性,结果表明:当显著性水平为0.05时,自行研制的3种煤质活性炭标准样品的均匀性良好,达到标准物质的制备要求;标准样品经多次分析均未发现特性值发生显著性变化,标准样品的稳定性良好,其有效期暂定为1 a。按照GB/T 7702.7—2008对煤质活性碳标样候选物进行定值,结果表明标准样品的碘吸附值呈梯度分布且含量范围宽,目前可作为实验室内部标准样品应用于活性炭碘吸附值的测定与分析,同时也为煤质活性炭标准样品国家标物的后续申报奠定基础。The development of the standard sample of coal-based activated carbon plays a positive role in regulating the application market of activated carbon products and improving the detection level of activated carbon.Iodine number is the conventional liquid phase adsorption index of activated carbon physics and chemistry test,which is used to characterize the micro porous adsorption capacity of activated carbon.Most activated carbon plant in China is difficult to meet the determination of activated carbon iodine number and inspection standard requirements,and the revised iodine number of double logarithmic coordinate fitting calculation method is difficult to master and affect the accuracy of iodine number calculation,so it is necessary to develop coal-based activated carbon iodine number standard samples to minimize test instruments,test personnel and calculation methods of error.Overall planning the practical requirements of overall distribution and comprehensive utilization of coal activated carbon in China,this paper introduced the candidate collection,processing and preparation,uniformity and stability test of standard material,according to the GB/T 7702.7—2008“Test method for granular activated carbon from coal”,the iodine adsorption value of there material standed for coal activated carbon standard samples were detected.In view of the poor stability characteristics of the activated carbon standard sample,which is easy to absorb water in the air and harmful gas,the vacuum packaging technology was adopted in the development process to improve its stability,so as to extend the validity period of the standard sample.The homogeneity test of standard samples was analyzed by variance method.The stability test examined its short-term and long-term stability.The results show that when the significance level is 0.05,the uniformity of the three self-developed standard samples is good and can meet the preparation requirements of standard substances,the stability of the characteristic value is good,and the validity pe
