摘  要:球阀式进样器由于其结构复杂而不利于全自动进样技术实现且测量精度受外界因素影响大,基于对采用全自动进样技术的需求须研发活塞式进样机构。简述元素分析仪器的开发环境、工作原理,详细介绍元素分析仪组成中的机械结构部分、电控结构部分、软件部分,阐述活塞式进样机构的进样机构组成、实施过程、气密性测试,并通过样品的实验验证进样机构是否满足分析仪对全自动进样技术的要求。结果表明,活塞式进样机构结构简单、维护方便、成本低、测试结果准确,满足元素分析仪的全自动进样技术要求。由于活塞式进样机构将其接样位和吹扫位合并,从而提高了元素分析仪的工作效率。Due to its complex structure,the ball valve sampler is not conducive to the realization of full-automatic sample feeding technology,and the measurement accuracy is greatly affected by external factors.Based on the demand for the use of full-automatic sample feeding technology,the piston type sample feeding mechanism must be developed.This paper briefly described the development environment and working principle of the element analyzer,introduced the mechanical structure,electric control structure and software of the element analyzer in detail,and expounded the composition,implementation process and air tightness test of the piston type sample feeding mechanism.Moreover,whether the sample feeding mechanism meets the requirements of the analyzer for fully automatic sample feeding technology through sample experiments were verified.The results show that the piston sample feeding mechanism has the advantages of simple structure,convenient maintenance,low cost and accurate test results,which can meet the technical requirements of automatic sample feeding of element analyzer.Because the piston type sample feeding mechanism combines its sample receiving position and purging position,the working efficiency of the element analyzer is improved.
