摘  要:海上油田某双罐装电泵系统生产井实施检泵作业时,将原井生产管柱提断,发现管柱罐装系统全部落井。该落物阻碍了后续作业的进行,处理不当将导致工期增加,违背了设计初衷。因双罐装系统的特殊结构并且现场无合适、成熟的工具与井下落鱼匹配,因此在传统长城齿套铣鞋的基础上自制加工了内加厚型的专用套铣鞋,后期优选捞矛及母锥,准确捞出所有落井罐装系统管柱,解除了井下故障。通过现场实践分析,证明内加厚型套铣鞋及特制母锥对此类罐装系统的打捞成功率高,解决了大外径工具难以抓捞的问题,使用效果理想,避免了事故复杂化,为今后类似井下落物的处理提供了打捞思路。During the pump inspection operation in a production well of a double canned ESP system in an offshore oilfield,the original production string of the well was cut off and it was found that all the string stuck in the well. The string obstructs the follow-up operation,and improper handling will lead to an increase in the workover period. Due to the special structure of the double can system and the lack of suitable and mature tools to match the fish,the special inner thickening washover shoes were self-made on the basis of the traditional Great-Wall tooth-cased washover shoes. In the later stage,the spear and die collar were selected to accurately fish out all the pipe strings of the canning system in the mine and the well faults were removed. Through field practice analysis,it is proved that the fishing success rate of the inner thickened washover shoe and the special die collar is high for this kind of can system,which solves the problem that the tool with large OD is difficult to catch,and the use effect is ideal,avoiding the complication of the accident,and providing a fishing idea for the fishing of similar objects in the future.
