操作员培训仿真系统(OTS)在某国外项目常压蒸馏装置中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了国外某项目常压蒸馏装置中,操作员培训仿真系统(OTS)的模型结构和在装置开工前期的应用,以及开工后对装置的优化。OTS系统不仅为操作人员提供了一个近似真实生产的培训环境,提高处理突发事故的应变能力,还高精度地模拟了工艺流程和控制方案,验证并完善开工流程,为开工后流程优化打下良好基础。It introduces the Operator Traning Simulation configuration and application in Crude Distillation Unit for an oversea refinery project. The Operator Traning Simulation not only high-precision simulated the process and control loops,verified the commissioning procedure,but also provided a trainning enviroment close to refinery site to operator and helped them to handle emergency conditions.
