摘　　要：通过某企业水处理不当导致锅炉结垢进行问题原因及风险分析,并提出防范措施。锅炉内处理药剂可以有效调节锅炉水质,但选择不当的话,反而会适得其反,易引起锅炉腐蚀、结垢、蒸汽品质恶化,影响锅炉安全运行。This paper analyzes the causes and risk of boiler scale caused by improper water treatment of an enterprise,and puts forward preventive measures.The treatment agent in the boiler can effectively adjust the water quality of the boiler,but if it is uncomfortable,it will backfire,easy to cause boiler corrosion,scaling,steam quality deterioration,affecting the safe operation of the boiler.
