摘　　要：文章以某双氧水尾气脱硫装置为例,阐述工艺流程、关键设备、运行情况,考虑到尾气排放达标的生产要求,根据脱硫塔的结构特点,在其后增设一级电除雾器。而对于双氧水的储存、尾气排放设备腐蚀等不利于工艺正常运行的问题,探寻相应的优化措施,以突破现有工艺的局限性。Taking a hydrogen peroxide tail gas desulfurization unit as an example,this paper expounds the process flow,key equipment and operation. Considering the production requirements of meeting the tail gas emission standard,according to the structural characteristics of the desulfurization tower,a primary electric demister is added later. For the problems that are not conducive to the normal operation of the process,such as the storage of hydrogen peroxide and the corrosion of tail gas emission equipment,explore the corresponding optimization measures to break through the limitations of the existing process.
