摘  要:煤层气开发利用不仅可以增加清洁能源供应,而且可以减少温室气体排放,符合国家“双碳”理念。本文以寺河井田L型水平井为例,结合研究区储层特征,分析了水平井钻井、水力压裂、排采等阶段工艺技术及应用效果。在钻井方面,采用煤层中水平段不固井的方法,增加煤层产气出口,提高煤层气产量;在压裂工艺方面,采用带底封油管拖动分段水力压裂工艺技术,可实现水力喷射射孔和大排量压裂施工,充分改造15号煤层渗透特性;在排采方面,优选了排采设备,制定了排水降压阶段、初期产气阶段、稳定产气阶段和气量衰减阶段4个阶段的排采制度,以期在减小储层伤害和延长排采设备使用寿命的基础上,最大限度地增加煤层的产气量。该井15个月累计抽采煤层气2.28×106 m3,获得了良好的抽采效果。The development and utilization of coalbed methane can not only increase the supply of clean energy,but also reduce greenhouse gas emissions. It is in line with the national “double carbon” concept. Taking the L-type horizontal well in Sihe mine field as an example,combined with the reservoir characteristics of the study area,this paper analyzes the process technology and application effect of horizontal well drilling,hydraulic fracturing and drainage production. In terms of drilling,The method of no cementing in the horizontal section of coal seam is adopted to increase the outlet of coal seam gas production and increase the output of coal seam gas. In terms of fracturing technology,Hydraulic jet perforation and large displacement fracturing can be realized by using the segmented hydraulic fracturing technology driven by oil pipe with bottom seal,and the permeability characteristics of coal seam 15 can be fully improved. In terms of drainage and mining,the drainage and production equipment is optimized,and the drainage and production system of four stages,namely drainage and depressurization stage,initial gas production stage,stable gas production stage and gas volume attenuation stage,is formulated in order to maximize the gas production of coal seams on the basis of reducing reservoir damage and prolonging the service life of drainage and production equipment. The cumulative extraction of coalbed methane in this well in 15 months is 2.28%×106 m3,and good pumping effect is obtained.
