革命老区红色旅游创新评价体系探究

摘　　要：根据红色旅游区域创新体系相关理论,运用德尔菲法、概率乘法等方法确定了包含区域层面创新环境测评、企业层面创新能力测评、个人层面创新人才素质测评等三个层次的革命老区红色旅游创新评价指标体系及其组合权重。然后选取贵州遵义、江西瑞金、广西百色、湖北黄冈等四个革命老区作为调研对象,结合SPSS、EXCEL软件,通过问卷调查法、量图分析法、雷达图分析法等方法分析评价革命老区的实际表现差异并提出对应的提升策略。According to the relevant theories of red tourism regional innovation system, the evaluation index system and its combination weight of red tourism innovation in old revolutionary base areas are determined by using the methods of Delphi method, probability multiplication and so on, which includes three levels: regional level innovation environment evaluation, enterprise level innovation ability evalu-ation and individual level innovation talent quality evaluation. Subsequently, four old revolutionary districts, such as Zunyi, Ruijin, Baise and Huanggang, were selected as the research objects, and combined with SPSS and EXCEL software, by means of questionnaire survey,quantitative map analysis and radar map analysis, this paper evaluates the differences of the actual performance of the old revolutionary base areas and puts forward the corresponding improving strategies.
