摘　　要：近年来,多重耐药菌的感染率逐年升高,不断威胁患者的健康与生命。本文报道了1例重症医学科多重耐药菌感染机械通气患者带呼吸机下床活动的护理措施。通过多重耐药菌防控、机械通气管理、下床活动护理及心理护理等,明显提高了患者医院治疗的效果及生活质量。In recent years,the infection rate of multidrug-resistant organism has increased year by year,which continues to threaten the health and life of patients.This paper reported the nursing measures of a patient with multi drug resistant organism under mechanical ventilation.Through the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant organism,mechanical ventilation management,out of bed activity nursing and psychological nursing,the effect of hospital treatment and quality of life of the patient were significantly improved.
