摘　　要：白藜芦醇是具有多种药理特性的植物多酚类抗毒素,存在于葡萄、花生等多种植物中,被认为是潜在的肿瘤预防和治疗的绿色抗癌药物。白藜芦醇不仅可以限制前致癌物的活化,还可以通过调节细胞内相关信号靶点来抑制肿瘤的发生发展,因此在抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及抑制血管生成等方面受到越来越多的关注。本文就白藜芦醇抑制肿瘤发生、肿瘤发展、肿瘤转移等发挥抗肿瘤作用作一综述,为白藜芦醇作为抗癌药物能够更好地应用于临床提供参考。Resveratrol is a plant polyphenol antitoxin with multiple pharmacological properties,which exists in a variety of plants such as grapes and peanuts,and is considered a potential green anticancer drug for tumor prevention and treatment.Resveratrol can not only limit the activation of pro-carcinogens,but also inhibit tumor development by regulating relevant intracellular signaling targets.Therefore,it receives increasing attention in inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing apoptosis and inhibiting angiogenesis.This paper reviewed the anti-tumor effects of resveratrol on tumorigenesis,tumor development,and tumor metastasis to provide a reference value for resveratrol to be better used as an anti-cancer drug in clinical practice.
