铸铁类壳体焊接修复工艺方法的探讨

摘　　要：铸铁在工业生产中是一种广泛应用的金属材料,它具有较好的耐磨性、减振性、切削性,成本低,现在仍然有大量的电机外壳、水泵壳体等部件使用铸铁材料。其固定方式为多个地脚螺栓固定在机架或底座上,此方式在运行过程中极易发生边角部断裂。针对这种现象,介绍了合理的措施及焊接工艺方法,延长了铸铁类设备的运行时间,保证了壳体边角部位的完好。Cast iron is also a widely used metal material in the industry.It has good wear resistance,vibration damping,machinability and low cost.There are still a large number of motor casings,water pump casings and other components using cast iron materials.The fixing method is that multiple anchor bolts are fixed on the frame or the base,and the corners are easily broken during operation.In response to this phenomenon,reasonable measures and welding process methods have been taken to prolong the running time of the motor.Guarantee the integrity of the corners.
