摘  要:文章阐述了连接器锁紧组件使用过程中,一端锁紧螺钉无法与另一端锁紧螺钉啮合,从锁紧组件的设计、工艺、生产等多方面分析验证,找出锁紧组件无法啮合的原因为螺钉材料选用不当(不符合GB/T3098.2要求)以及螺钉螺纹设计实用性不足,通过改进螺钉材料及螺纹长度,解决了锁紧组件无法正常啮合的问题。This article expounds that during the use of the connector locking assembly,one end of the locking screw cannot engage with the other end of the locking screw.From the analysis and verification of the design,process,and production of the locking assembly,it is found that the locking assembly cannot be engaged.The reasons for this are improper selection of screw materials(not meeting the requirements of GB/T3098.2)and insufficient practicability of screw thread design.By improving the screw material and thread length,the problem that the locking components cannot be properly meshed has been solved.
