摘  要:薄膜键盘柔性印制电路板FPC作为各类电子产品键盘电路板,是新基材、新导体、新工艺的集成,其生产质量的好坏直接影响着使用体验。但整个FPC制作工艺复杂,必须经过严格的质量检验才能保证合格率。导电薄膜银线印刷和薄膜硅胶帽粘贴质量检测是薄膜键盘柔性印制电路板的主要检测工序,但传统的肉眼监测方式不仅效率低下,质量上也是难以保证。文章基于FPC生产实际,对导电薄膜银线印刷和薄膜硅胶帽粘贴质量生产缺陷进行研究,以机器视觉为基础搭建全新的检测思路,期望为FPC检测提供应用参考,提高检测过程中的精度、速度以及准确性,提升FPC生产效益,创造更高价值。Membrane keyboard flexible printed circuit board FPC,as a keyboard circuit board for various electronic products,is the integration of new substrates,new conductors and new processes.The quality of its production directly affects the experience of use.However,the entire FPC production process is complex and must undergo strict quality inspection to ensure the pass rate.Conductive film silver wire printing and film silicone cap pasting quality inspection are the main inspection procedures for membrane keyboard flexible printed circuit boards,but the traditional visual inspection method is not only inefficient,but also difficult to guarantee in quality.Based on the actual production of FPC,this paper studies the quality production defects of conductive thin film silver wire printing and thin film silicone cap pasting,and builds a new detection idea based on machine vision,hoping to provide application reference for FPC detection and improve the accuracy and speed of the detection process.As well as accuracy,improve FPC production efficiency and create higher value.
