摘  要:神华神东电力河曲发电有限公司现共有仪、杂混用空压机12台,输灰用空压机8台,当两机组高负荷运行时,需同时运行7台输灰空压机,耗电量居高不下,另外空压机维护费用及运行费用较大。因为输灰系统用气量大,在灰量一样的情况下,用气量增加导致了输灰流速过高,对输灰管道的弯头、管道、阀门等造成较大的磨损,维护量大且费用高。同时为解决堵管问题,减少每次装灰量,增加了输灰频次,输灰频次的增加加剧了输灰系统管道和阀门的磨损,进一步增加了维护量和维护成本。Shenhuashendong Electric Power Hequ Power Generation Co.,Ltd.currently has a total of 12 air compressors for hybrid mixing and 8 air compressors for ash conveying.The electricity remains high,and the maintenance and operation costs of the air compressor are relatively large.Because the gas consumption of the ash conveyingsystem is large,in the case of thesame amount of ash,the increase of the gas consumption leads to the high flow rate of the ash conveying,which causes great wear and tear on the elbows,pipes and valves of the ash conveying pipeline,and the maintenance is large and expensive.high.At thesame time,in order tosolve the problem of blocked pipes,reduce the amount of ash each time,and increase the frequency of ash conveying,the increase in the frequency of ash conveying aggravates the wear of the pipes and valves of the ash conveyingsystem,and further increases the maintenance amount and maintenance cost.
